Jason Collins joined Daisy & Collins, LLP as Partner in 2013, and manages the firm’s Litigation Practice, where he represents business and individuals in a variety of adversarial matters including commercial litigation, employment law, and real estate. Mr. Collins has represented clients before all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as courts in Maryland and Florida. Additionally, he has represented parties in mediation and arbitration throughout the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area.

Mr. Collins was recognized in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a Rising Star in General Litigation by Virginia SuperLawyers, a peer-nominated award. He was also selected as one of Loudoun County’s Top 40 Under 40, and recognized as Best Lawyer in Loudoun County, Virginia in the Leesburg Today “Best of Loudoun” poll in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Prior to joining Daisy & Collins, Mr. Collins headed the civil litigation practice at Westlake Legal Group in Sterling, Virginia. Mr. Collins also gained experience defending companies against liability and worker’s compensation matters at Stackhouse, Nexsen & Turrietta in Norfolk, Virginia.

Family and community involvement are of great importance to Mr. Collins. Originally from New England, he resides in Loudoun County with his wife and five children and is active within the community in positions that have included the Loudoun County Salvation Army Board of Community Advisors, the Leesburg Business Forum, and local youth sports organizations. Mr. Collins currently serves as Vice-President of the Ashburn Girls Softball League.
