Seth Garfield serves as Of Counsel at Daisy & Collins, LLP, practicing in the areas of Business/Corporate Law, Government Investigations, and Government Contracts, and Compliance.

Prior to joining Daisy & Collins, Mr. Garfield practiced law at a large national law firm where he represented and advised corporate clients in a wide range of industries in matters involving U.S. antitrust, government contracts, and international trade regulation. His experience includes investigations and regulatory approvals before U.S. government agencies, as well as private transactions and litigation involving matters of a Federal nature.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Garfield served for more than seven years in the U.S. Department of Defense, assisting in the development of defense industrial policies, including those related to the impact of proposed mergers and acquisitions on the defense industrial base. He is a recipient of the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Service Medal for his distinguished government service contributions.
